The GOOD DOG is a capture of my 2004 BadCat Black Cat 30 and a Matchless Creamback speaker for the TONEX platform.
I love this amp so much. It answers all the problems I have with the AC30 (don’t crucify me) and then some! It sounds huge, holds together so beautifully, and it is incredibly versatile. Basically the best AC30 you’ve ever played. It’s harmonic, bright (never harsh), steely, and unbelievably dynamic.
I set this amp to pair perfectly with my FREEDOM capture. I highly recommend purchasing the pair!
Captured using a Heil PR30 and Royer 121 into a DDA AMR24 console for EQ, Pacifica P-1 Preamp, and a Distressor.
